Terry’s background in Oracle applications and Visual Basic development provides operational depth to the Brain Fitness of Florida (BFF). With his commitment, BFF will achieve a new level of diagnostics and therapeutics currently unavailable in the bay area.  We are confident that the future looks bright.

Kathy is one of our nurses who assists with patients in the office, on the phone and via email. In addition to writing prescriptions, giving vaccinations and relating test results to patients, she also does neurodiagnostic, cardiovascular and spirometric testing. She is critical to back office project functions.

Wendy is our receptionist who not only answers patient phone calls and schedules appointments, but she also confirms insurance and checks out patients. Additionally, she works with medical records and acts as patient liaison with other doctors’ offices.

Robin is our medical records/referrals representative. She also assists with patient phone calls, scheduling appointments and multiple other projects as they occur. She is the "Happy Thought" in our office.
